4 days / 3 nights stay at Erth Barton manor

Daily somatic yoga practices for all levels

Daily mindfulness meditation instruction

Bliss out with afternoon Yin yoga and sound sessions

Prepare for deep, restful sleep with Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath

Mindful walks through ancient wood- and river-lands

Evening stargazing and bonfires or, curling up with an inspiring book
