'Flow State' August Bank Holiday Retreat with Oceana Mariani from £750

  • Erth Barton Cornwall, PL12 4QY (map)

Make the most of your August bank holiday by joining Oceana for a magical four days in the healing lands of Erth peninsula.

During this long weekend we’ll explore practices that enable us to tap into a ‘flow state’ of mind - a place where our creative thoughts are given room to unfold and we give ourselves over to an effortless momentum. Together we’ll delve into:

- Playful slow flow yoga suitable for all experience levels

- Somatic movement to deepen our Self-connection
- Pranayama (breath work) for up/down regulation
- Meditation practices to clear the mind
- Blissful afternoon Yin yoga
- Relaxation techniques including sound baths and yoga Nidra to encourage deep rest and recovery
- Self-expression and connection
- Eco-somatics (bridging the gap between us and nature)

Food will be freshly prepared and locally sourced (often foraged) for us by our private chef Kate, who was a big highlight for everyone who joined last year’s retreat.

Take the chance to delve deeper into yourself and your practice. Experience positive connections with like-minded people, or take time to meet yourself anew within this uniquely beautiful setting.

Prices start from £750 per person for the entire long weekend which includes all food, accommodation, classes and more. Payment plans are available for all payments (including the deposit) - please don’t hesitate to ask.
