We welcome all types of groups to Erth, whether it be yoga, pilates, qwellbeing, or shamanic retreats or work groups. We DO NOT take private gatherings for family events. We have extensive knowledge of working with corporate clients and are able to organise events to supplement workshops in the locale,.

We have six bedrooms in the main house all with River Views.

Three of these are en-suites, one has its own private bathroom, and two on the ground floor share a shower room.

In addition we have three more bedrooms on the grounds:

Two shepherds huts and a cabin - all of which have River views, and en-suites so up to 18 can stay. If need you additional space for your team - we are furnished by plenty of local Air BnB witt various budgets all within a mile.

We have a 28ft felt lined yurt with views onto the River.

In additional to this you can use the main sitting room, and the 12th century chapel.

All spaces have ample space for seating or yoga mats for practice; we supply:- mats, blocks; bolsters; straps and blankets for 18

We are located on a 300 acre regenerative farm, and whilst we can walk this land, it is vital that we respect it and adhere to the walks and routes that we share with you, so that we do not damage the land or scare the animals that live here. We offer a FREE guided walk to ALL retreatees on the first evening or morning of your retreat.

All group bookings are for a minimum of 3 night stay, and commence at 3pm on your first day, unless otherwise agreed in a advance, and end on 3pm on the day of departure.

Facilitators are able to arrive from 1pm on the first day, but must depart with the group on last day by 3pm - please advise in advance of early arrival.

There are NO arrivals before 1pm

Stays for 5 nights and over get a reduction of £100/ night.

With over 18 years of running retreats, we can work with you to create your own unique event - you will be given a retreat producer, who can source, all the elements needed to create your unique event - POA

We use Eco products in all bathrooms; kitchen areas and common spaces. Our toilet roll is eco friendly too.

Water filter in place for 2026

For all events you will need to sign and complete set of Terms & Conditions, and your dates will only be secured once a deposit has been received.

We only hold dates for TWO weeks, afetr which time they will need to be secured by payment.

Retreat & group bookings require a 30% non refundable, non transferable deposit.

There are a few spots on the island where you can wild swim, but you should only do so at high tide, and in small groups. This also applies is hiring SUPs, or kayaks from us. OR you can take a visit to the coast, over at Whitsand Bay or elsewhere along the South West Coastal Path.

Massages an be arranged in advance, prices range from £70 - £100/hr depending on treatment. Please advise ONE month out if you will wanting a massuese.

SUP Hire is available when booked in advance - £15/hr or £40 for 3 hours - no more possible due to tides - we have two on site at all times - waiver needed to be signed

Breathwork 60 minute session - £240

Sound Healing 90 minute session £240

Dartmoor Guided Walks 4hrs - approx £120

SUP - Guide & full kit and paddleboard - £70pp for an hour

Now in our 3rd year here on Eerth, and with over 18 years of experience, we know great support when we see it - so, rather than bring a whole team with you, we can support you with many peolpe in the locale, offering sound healing, massage, breathwork, SUP and guided walks. Our Shepherds Huts Jaxx and Jill are available for hire outside of retreats, so if your tribe or you want. an extra night, please drop us an email and we will see if we can book you in for a little sanctuary either side of your event. Price for additional night is £130.
