Carly Seller
Carly has a somatic-intuitive approach to sound meditation, meaning that she aims to develop awareness of the languages of the body; sensation, movement, emotion, and imagination, as an entry way to deeper intuition and healing.. Carly weaves together sound and energy healing, somatic movement, nature connection and creative practice into playful and restful experiences for inner reflection and self-expression. Her approach is embodied and spiritual, rooted in traditions of Tantra. She creates space for listening to the languages of the body and experiencing the elements through the body, as ways to access your inner wisdom, open to the unseen mysteries and recognise the divinity within.

Mel Bennett
I have been passionate about ingredients, recipes, cooking and gathering people together with food for as long as I can remember. I get immense pleasure from creating food memories for family, friends, and the people I cook for. So many of our memories are linked to food. For me food is not just about sustenance, it’s about nourishment and about time and place and the people you are with.

Chamiah Goulbourne
Nourish Me Wild
I’m Chamiah a plant-based retreat chef and Women’s Circle facilitator. I’ve always been in awe of the alchemy of fresh ingredients transforming into a tasty meal. My earliest food memories are with the matriarchs of my family. Standing on a stool to better reach the kitchen worktop while baking in the kitchen with my Nana. My food career has seen me bringing people together through circles, social eating, brunches and suppers, supplying restaurants and delis, setting up my own cafés, catering well being retreats in The UK and Europe, and creating and developing countless recipes from my home kitchen.

Following university Sian trained at the prestigious Leith’s School of Food and Wine in London. She says: “Leith’s opened my eyes to the idea of combining my love for travel and adventure with a career. I started as a chalet chef in a ski resort and worked my way through the ranks to become a private chef in some of the world’s most beautiful homes.” When she wasn’t working abroad she took placements with top London caterers and eateries to advance her presentation skills and repertoire. Then she completed a second stint at Leith’s studying advance nutrition and special dietary requirements. “I want to make sure I can produce fantastically delicious food for everyone. No-one should have to compromise on taste.

Five years ago, I became plant-based. Once eating a plant-based diet I started to change the way .
Food all ties into living a natural lifestyle for me. I eat a very clean diet and am never one to eat or use anything that isn’t natural. This is all I have ever known, and I feel our bodies won’t function as well if we eat processed foods with ingredients that aren’t natural.
My daily life involves a plant based diet, cycling, walking, cold dips and plant-based medicine to support mine and my families’ health.
I am now releasing my first cookbook which I always thought of as a dream.

Sarah Raisbeck
I have undertaken training at the prestigious cookery school Leith’s in London, completed advanced raw food courses and have assisted top raw food chefs and retreat organisers.
I have also run my own raw food workshops, and organised pop-up restaurants, etc. It is this diversity in what I do that fuels my drive and keeps me forever fascinated and absorbed in the food world.
Through much organic evolution spanning over a decade, my business UpRaw was born in 2016 and largely provides clients with whole plant-based cuisine and caters for individuals who have specific dietary needs and allergies.

With a huge love and passion for cooking I work with simple seasonal ingredients to create a variety of dishes for all occasions. Working with seasonal ingredients allows each dish to be refined, full of flavour and vibrant. This also allows me to create menus that are sustainable, working with the whole vegetable, fruit or grain.
I write and create recipes that are dedicated to a veg-centric table, from the earth, fresh, to the table, aiming to create a spread that is not only environmentally friendly but a joyous experience. Keeping with the seasonal theme, I encourage people to be mindful of their waste along the way, again, using the whole vegetable to create meals, using leftovers and getting creative in the kitchen.
