Attending to Attachment Wounds. A Creative-healing retreat

Early attachment forms the ‘blue-print’ for our relationships with others, and with ourselves. This women’s-only Retreat is aimed at tending to and repairing disruption to early attachment and the congruent development of a Sense of Self. Repair your sense of safety, flow and flare, through integrative psychotherapy, creative arts, and somatic practices. We offer group and 1:1 therapy, yoga, and nature-based activities in beautiful Cornwall—supporting you to explore and mend the relationships with Parts of yourself, restoring safety, creativity, and resilience.

Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi—repairing broken pottery with gold—our Retreats, Personal and Professional Development Programs, focus on resilience and transformation. We embrace the beauty of imperfection and work with the Parts of ourselves that have carried the weight of past experiences.

We explore co-dependent patterns and the roles we play in relationships, shaped by attachment trauma and survival strategies. A key focus is on developing and nurturing an internal ‘Repairing Parent’—one that can provide the care, safety, and reassurance that may have been missing in the past. Through this process, you can begin to restore trust in yourself and your capacity to connect with others authentically.

Through integrative psychotherapy, creative arts, and somatic practices, you'll gain the tools to understand and reframe these patterns while developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
