Nourishing neurodiversity… Rebuilding Trust and Belonging

No formal diagnosis required… This mixed retreat, open to all, focuses on deepening your understanding of your Neuro-spicy brain, body and mind. Creating a sense of safety, support, and healing through connection. Your internal ‘Repairing Parent’ will be cultivated and strengthened. We will co-create the space for reflecting and developing insight and mind-sight, self-soothing skills and confidence. Through creative arts, somatic practices, and integrative psychotherapy, we provide space to nurture resilience, self-trust, and renewed vitality.

Anxiety, avoidance, delayed and pervasive anger or resentment, can be hard to navigate in close relationships… This nourishing retreat will support you to ‘befriend’ your brain’s quirks and processing style.

We offer a structured and creative space to foster deeper connections with others, who understand your unique experiences. Are you ready to build emotional resilience and navigate the world with greater confidence?

Join us for a transformative retreat designed specifically for neurodiverse individuals. In a supportive and understanding environment, we'll explore:

Discover Your Strengths: We'll celebrate your neurodiversity and help you identify your unique talents and perspectives.

Build Emotional Resilience: Learn practical strategies to manage emotions, navigate challenges, and develop inner strength. We'll explore techniques like mindfulness, sensory regulation, and communication skills tailored to your needs.

Connect with Others: Forge genuine connections with fellow neurodivergent individuals who share similar experiences. Build a supportive community and find belonging.

Reconnect with Yourself: Through guided introspection, creative expression, and nature-based activities, you'll gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs.

This retreat focuses on creating a sense of safety, support, and healing through connection. It emphasises the importance of relationships—both with others and within oneself—in the trauma recovery process.
